We are looking for Sales managers and Team Leaders for sales of secured and unsecured loans through various banks and NBFCs. The role requires the following: Sourcing of new customers for secured and unsecured loans, handling clients and close entire sales to achieve assigned disbursement and revenue targets. Generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of defined products, Understand secured and unsecured loans of various banks and NBFCs to cater to sources clients. Creating a database of disbursed clients for generating regular flow of business, Working in a compliant and transparent manner.
Desired Candidate Profile

Prior sales experience of working in Banks/NBFCs/DSAs in the Home Loans, Loan against property or business loans.

Understanding of income programs, legal and technical of property and client profiling.

Good knowledge of Mortgage/unsecured products and policies of various Banks and NBFC’s.

Proven sales experience and track record of over-achieving targets.

Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.

Computer use competency.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Any graduate or equivalent, MBA preferred/commerce graduate preferred.
